750 ml can of pumpkin puree, 6 eggs, 6 tbsp melted coconut oil, 1 cup of dairy free milk, 4 cups of gluten free flour (I used a combo of oat and buckwheat- just blend oats/buckwheat groats in your blender), 1.5 tsp baking soda, 1.5 tsp salt, 1.5 tbsp cinnamon, 3 scoops vanilla protein powder, 1/2 cup hemp hearts - mix all together and make your pancakes, add more milk if you need to - 2 pancakes have about 16 g of protein
