Started the 12 days of Christmas Fitness Challenge yesterday!  

Wow you look great muscular from what I can see in your shoulders amazing! Good for you you’re doing so well! Wish I could say the same- had a set back but getting back on it again 

Thanks! I have the same problem - need new motivation to get started again! We'll have lots of set backs - as long as we keep trying we are on the right track  

I want your muscles please!!!!
