Fasting a.m. BS = 126; weight = 169.2
Not being plagued with hunger today! Have managed pork and butter very well today.Subbing again at the library, so that keeps me out of the kitchen, and makes it easier to drink my meals! Did have to eat a cheese stick in late evening. Totals: 1064 cals; 83/4/13 macros; net carbs 5.52; Bedtime BS = 110 at 11:12 pm.
