Fasting a.m. BS = 111; weight = 169.1
I weigh the same as yesterday. In a way, that is a success! I haven't gained my usual week end 2 lbs yet. I MUST be really determined today with my eating. It helps that I haven't been very hungry this week and even this morning, Keto coffee only is quite satisfactory. How shall I reward myself if Monday weigh-in shows a loss, or even just 0? I have my new shoes for skipping Halloween candy. I've bought new pants and shirts for the cruise (all one size smaller now). That's a reward in itself! I need a non-food reward for ignoring desserts today! Totals today: 1477 cals; 74/7/19 macros; net carbs 19.44. BS 137 at 11:00 pm.
