Fasting a.m.BS = 108; weight = 169.1
Busy most of the day today at a genealogy program. Lunch was two cheese sticks, mixed nuts, and iced tea. Forgot to take my lunch meds, but BS was 111 when I got home at 5 p.m. so it doesn't matter. Eating at son's house tonight so I need to eat carefully not to gain what I lost today. I'll take one of those sweet cucumbers and some pork skins along to help with crunchy cravings. Losing about 1/2 to 1 lb a day this week is showing up my wrinkles!!!! I care, but I don't!! Son had fajitas, and I took some guacamole along too. I was able to eat reasonably, and not tempted by the dessert.Totals 1276 cals; 73/6/21 macros; net carbs 14.30.

Good for you! May I ask what program are you following to loose so progressively per day? Keep up the good work. You seem to have the key that works for your body to be successful!

I have been gaining and losing the same two lbs for several weeks. This week I am following Beef and Butter. The premise is you will drop the weight very quickly eating only beef and butter for 4 days. There is a website that outlines the plan and also has alternates for those who can't stick to beef three times a day for four days. I'll look up the site for you, or you can google it. Usually there is a challenge once a month, but some extend it, or do the challenge on their own. I'm allergic to beef, so I can't do the full challenge -- I switch to the alternates after a couple of days, but by that time, my desire to eat is greatly reduced. That is why I can stick to it this week. The other reason is because I want to lose another 5 lbs. by Nov. 19 when our cruise starts, so I am totally focused right now!
