The lamb/beef gyro isn’t just meat, there’s something else in there like carbs/grains that caused the same symptoms as when I eat grains. I got tired and now I’m bloated. I was on track now not so sure, but lesson learned.

I’m pretty sure there was something that they used to bind the meat together because soon after eating I got really tired.

I haven’t figured out which grains just carbs in general, pasta, rice corn even potatoes would do it.
