Fasting a.m. BS = 142; weight = 169.5. My loss this week is showing: a young boy said to me yesterday at the library: "You look older than last week. Why do you look older?" So I laughed and replied, "Well, I am a week older!" Kids are so honest, gotta love 'em for it!
Ate 1/2 of a simple & fit spinach mushroom tomato omelette at IHOP for lunch and gave the fruit to hubby. The fruit is bundled with the omelette in the IHOP nutrition given here on FS, so my macros are totally unrealistic today! Brought half home to eat for supper.
Killing frost expected tonight so we closed down the garden, picked tomatoes ripe and green, peppers hot and sweet, even some figs. Was dry enough to get into hubby's traditional row garden finally. He discovered yellow squash, & about 20 cucumbers, some really big, but still sweet and tender. I'll have one of those with my omelette for supper. I brought in two flower pots of mums. I'm ready to lose the rest of the garden tonight, except for the greens which should last all winter.
