Slight decrease this morning, only a small measure.


Still attending Gym Classes (off to the side due to ankle boot), but still keeping up with the majority of exercises.


Burned 825 Cals with Rows & BWS. Threw in Sit-ups & Assault Bike sprints at the end.


Time for my “Coffee” needs!!
76.7 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
