I used to be able to do a shoulder stand but the head stand was a little too much. It was the only thing that relieved my shoulder pain after I was in a train wreck.

@demigod please take a pic too @marx working on shoulder stand but at the moment having trouble getting my weight over

I always did it by doing downward dog and then tucking my head in and folding everything in then extending my legs. It was easier for me than trying the headstand any day. Of course I was close to a wall so if I tipped over I wouldn't kill anyone. :) Being able to do that shoulder stand again is one of my main goals. Keep going!
