Fasting a.m. BS= 170; weight = 171.8 Seems like once that sciatic nerve starts acting up, it is hard to calm it down. Back to chiro again in the morning. Between my nurse husband who gives a great massage and my chiropractor, I hope to be pain free soon. Worked 4 hours at library today and then stayed for a book discussion group. Also taught my STEM kids how to make a robotic hand out of straws, string, and poster board.
