Fasting a.m. BS = 126; weight = 174.9 It is the calories, and it is the net carbs! Must keep them both lower for success + consistent activity. Going to try Beef & Butter for a week or two, get back to 45 minutes on the exercise bike. I have small weights to lift! I did ride the bike 45 minutes this morning. Put in another hour of weeding in the garden this evening. Couldn't find my weights. Will lift a couple of cans of beans for ten minutes as a starter!
Can't believe what those 4 little saltines I had with my chili for supper did to my net carbs! Added 8.11! not worth the taste! Totals this evening 1242 cals; 70/11/19 macros; 28.72 net carbs!

you have been struggling I know, but you can do this. You do what you think you need to do to make it work, but just cutting out the carbs will get the job done.

make sure you get fatty cuts, it is hard to get enough fat to curb the appetite when you go all beef. there are a couple of us doing this if you need any help
