Fasting a.m. BS = 121; weight = 174.6 Ate way too many cals today, 1843, but it was still only 19.36 net carbs. Trying to keep below 20 net carbs. 72/6/22 macros today. I really miss eating vegetables and salads. And fruits. I keep thinking I can eat them again once I reach my goals. Spent another hour weeding the garden. That job doesn't seem to stop. Maybe we will get some cooler days soon and maybe even some rain and I can really feel like a gardener again.
