Lost it today! Had to eat supper at Subway. I chose a mini sub with ham with vinagrette. I didn't want the salad because it would have so many carbs -- wrong choice. Thought to make up for it by bouillon and coconut oil at bedtime but wasn't hungry and skipped it. Back to working on it tomorrow!

what are you shooting for carb wise daily? 20?

Trying to keep under 20 net carbs but not always successful, especially if husband wants to eat out, after I've already consumed a couple of meals. He's trying to help, but doesn't realize complexities of Keto balancing. Not blaming him -- I could have left off the bread! Or ordered salad and eaten only half of it! I made several other poor choices in eating today! Not going to worry about it, just work harder tomorrow.

yes we always have options when we eat out or even at home. I know you struggle at times and you have been managing better. Your lowering of your blood levels most days shows.

Don't beat yourself up. I'd the carbs are coming from veggies not such a bad thing... it is the bread and other starches that really harm your goal... and being italian it was very hard to stop bread and pasta... Just get back on that horse. 50 ain't that bad.
