Ya-hoo! Fasting BS is 102 this morning -- and I skipped a diabetic med last night! My blood sugar average for last 10 days is 124.9 = 6.0 A1c. The weight is up .1 from yesterday, but my major battle is the diabetes. Keto is my battle plan against the carbs! I'll keep it going.
I weeded my garden for about an hour and 15 minutes. It's looking good now, soil is damp from an adequate rain, and the tomato and pepper plants are standing up instead of wilting in the heat. I'd much rather exercise doing something productive like that than ride the exercise bike to nowhere! And I sweated off whatever pounds I gained today!
So far so good: 937 cals, 75/9/16 macros, net carbs 18.77. I get to reward myself with a fat bomb after I check my glucose at bedtime. Just realized I only took lunch meds today, since I skipped breakfast meds because my fasting BS was 102. Curious to see what my reading is tonight.
