Yesterday i did leg and abs. No soreness today.maybe need to do longer time or one that is more challenging. Today workout was arms. Tomorrow think im going to do my fav pilate cardio work out. And im already thinking what thursday workout might be....legs and abs again lol who knows i usually go by how i feel yet try to mix it up. My average is exercise 4 days a week. I wanna try 5 days this week. 😊 we shall see...if not ill try again next week.

Being sore does not mean you had a great workout. Not being sore does not mean you had a bad workout

I didn't know all that. I been on a routine couple years now. If i dont workout im mad lol Yesterday was so crazy i didnt get to. So today i did 60 min instead of 30-40 min. Kicked my butt lol i had to pause half way through video couple min, but i was determined to finish it. And i did.
