The following text is from my buddy K8yk. I'm posting this as a reminder because I believe this mind-set is a fabulously positive way of being.
"Now that I'm not doing anymore challenges that require me to weigh in weekly, I'm going back to my original routine of recording my weight whenever it goes down. I only believe the lowest numbers anyway :) The rest is water or food or whatever. I know without a doubt that I'm doing all the right things in terms of eating and exercise and I don't "fall off the wagon" or have a bad day anymore. I eat anything I want, but I always work it into my plan. I never overeat because I don't like the way it makes me feel." TOWANDA k8yk!!
