it is a peeled apple that was starting to get soft so I made the whole bowl to go with it and it turned out really yummy! I bet jicama could be tasty too though!

Thanks everyone! Pretty easy to make pretty bowls/salads with great veggies and textures. My go to dressings are Tessemae's or Bolt House Farms Yogurt based ones :)
