Thinking of you doing an hour of weight lifting, made me nearly double the time I spent. I'm far from a whole hour at this point, but optimistic about it can happen within six months or so. I'm not in a hurry, as this is something I will keep as part of a normal life.

@diddlee the hour was a good combination of conditioning (Assault Bike, push-ups, etc) & strength (weightlifting). It helps confuse the muscles & the metabolism stays high for a few minutes after the program.
