Happy August everyone.
I have been on hiatus for most of July. Logged 95% of all consumed food though and surprisingly, I didn't lose weight but I didn't gain weight either...to me, that's a win!
Now I must get to my next goal so I can start a new goal.
You know the rules...let's do this!
