Fasting a.m. BS: 107 Yay for me!!! Weight 177.6 Booohoo for me!Evening update: 1335 cals; 72/7/21 %; net carbs 17.72 Husband brought home a watermelon! I'm skipping it until tomorrow -- plan to work it into my carb budget then.
