Best laid plans o' mice and men gang aft agley! ( Apologies to Robert Burns) Calories today: 1321; macros 62/11/27 net carbs 22.34. I haven't eaten that fat bomb yet, but my mind is set on it! Did not ride exercise bike today after all -- my left knee has been locking up when I stand up -- never had that happen before, probably a consequence of the long car ride this week end. Or my body saying "You better respect me, old lady!" Worked at library today for 5 hours, no STEM class, so very sedentary day. Only 2853 steps per Fitbit.
