Wow what a difference! Kudos to you for taking pics! I just can’t seem to take pics as I’m so not photogenic or feel like my body looks great yet??? You have done really well-congrats Be Proud!

Just want to say to all of you, YOU CAN DO IT!! Seriously, thank you all for the love, between FS “you awesome ladies and gents” and Facebook the response has been unbelievable!! This is why I keep telling my story, because of you guys and gals! I believe we got this no matter who you are. We have many ups and downs in life, that’s just life period!! Not much we can do but deal with it because no one will do it for you right!! Stay strong, focused and my little trick to starting my day is I wake up and always say to myself “Today I’m having a great day no matter what” and if the day goes sour, I remember that saying, it’s basically planted in my head to use at anytime and it works. We are surrounded by negativity soon as you walk out your front door and the trick to beat it is don’t give into it period!! Turn a bad thing into a good thing, think outside of the box if you have to but remember you control YOU

@nikkiFerrera I started by running every day when I first started and lost 10lbs but blew my knee out which put me out of the game for awhile lol 🤬. Got better and started running again and also bought a Bowflex Extreme 2. Worked out and slowed down my cardio as I did it 5 days a week as I didn’t really need it so much because I was trying to build muscle. Summer came along so I stopped working out because I have been getting good exercise with yard work only to drop a 200 lbs rock on my finger crushing it lol. I haven’t worked out in 2 months now but continue to finish my yard work finger cast and everything which came off today lol. I’m redoing my waterfall with some pretty big rocks.

@NikkiFerrera as for the tummy if you work your abs things happen fast but if you don’t and still stay active and lose weight it will come off, just not as fast because you’re not working those abs 😉💪🏼

Guess I should have mention I turned 48 in July with the goal to be my fittest by 50. Looks like I have a jump start lol
