i been taking some new vitamins for hair skin and nails. lately i cant stop constantly wanting to eat. so i google lol ,read some reviews that these kind vitamins make u hungry. its diff brand. the brand before i didnt have this issue. only thing ive noticed it nails grow faster. nor worth it for me. i worked too hard to gain weight again. ill just stick with reg vitamins . never thought biotin vitamins effect like that..

As far as I know, being undernourished on protein foods can lead to hair and nail problems. Several holistic doctors think along protein deficiencies first in this regard. My own life turned better pretty soon after I started taking good protein foods more seriously. Regret long time suffering when I did not. Great for calming hunger too. Believe in our ancestors, from the time when agriculture was unknown. Fishing and hunting was provided nourishment, and plant foods was rare.

I eat plenty of eggs ,read meat, chicken, tuna, dark leafs for salads, beans, cabbage...i eat healthy. I get plenty of proteins. Im thinking hormonal. Premenopausal. Im going to be 40 this year. Only thing diff i added to my diet were these type vitamins and thats when i saw huge change in my appetite. Not my normal. So im just going to stick with reg women's vitamins.
