Had Fun today at the beach. We joined a group of 50 on our annual Paddle Board outing. Returned after 2 hours, exhausted but had plenty of Fun!! Even had time to work on our tans!!
80.6 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
