So I still have 8 pounds to lose. Since I started dieting, I’ve also been doing strength training. I have completely avoided working on my legs because im terrified they’ll grow and get big. Now, i think i might because i would like to lift my but and weighted squats do that. Does anyone have advice on how to keep slim thighs while strength training?
