7/11: Fat 14.3%, Muscle 63.90kg (W 54.6%)
7/12: Fat 14.0%, Muscle 63.60kg (W 54.8%)
Overshot Water a bit, but close enough for now. Don't like that muscle loss. Will have to see what happen over the next few days.
Ohh, btw, visceral fat reduced from 11.5 to 11.0. Inspires to do a repeat of yesterday. Did cleaning, and do further cleaning today. Gonna be pretty dandy here in a few more days. 😛
