Still losing by ounces, not pounds! Was busy this morning. Our church ladies have started a quilting group. We want to learn this dying art! My grandaughter went with me, was my chief quilt piece cutter. Now she wants to get some material and learn to quilt too! Happy days ahead! Didn't need to fix lunch for my husband today, so I ate leftovers (planned overs!) Left me still a little hungry and threw the carb balance off, so I added a slice of cheddar cheese. Still craving a little more so I thought aha! I can have a cup of bouillon with butter in it. That restored my fat/carb balance and took care of the craving that would have driven me into eating something sweet!
Supper will have to be scrambled eggs, cheese, and bacon. I changed that to veggie omelet with onions, sweet peppers and spinach, sprinkled with shredded cheese and some salsa. Husband praised it several times!
I will have time for riding the exercise bike this afternoon and I am looking forward to it. What a change in attitude!!
