No aerobic exercise today, but it was a busy day. Worked most of the morning getting my STEM lesson ready to teach at the library this afternoon. Cooked breakfast and lunch -- it seems to take longer to cook a Keto meal than just grabbing a sandwich or junk food. But worth it because I am finally losing a few pounds. And the food is delicious!
It isn't as easy finding time to exercise though. I need to work on that. I can fill my time with lots of things and none of them is exercise! 2:30 - 7:30 on Tuesdays is my work schedule as a library volunteer. After that I'm usually tired. Today I feel really energetic. I skipped supper and had Keto coffee. Then a fat bomb when I came home. Keto works!!
