Was down another .2 lbs this morning. Not much, but still going in the right direction!!! I'm really tired and sleepy this morning. I'm going to overcome that and do a little garden work this morning. We had almost an inch of rain last night, so the weeds ought to come up more easily today!Change of plans, it was too hot and humid to garden, so I spent 30 minutes messing with my weed eaters, trying to get them to work. I'll have to buy a new one. I considered the tinkering as yard work -- I was up, down, and around quite a bit.
I stuck to my WOE really closely today, maybe didn't drink quite enough water, didn't drink the cup of bouillon I was supposed to drink.
We drove to Bridgeport for church this evening with some friends (70 miles). We ate before we left, but stopped at McDonalds on the way home.I knew we would stop so I took a string cheese stick with me. I enjoyed my cheese and iced tea while they had their hamburgers and french fries and I wasn't even tempted! Yay Keto!!!
