June 3 Sunday was not a good day to start the 4 week Keto challenge. Potluck dinner at church, son's house for supper. I went over my calories: 1570 instead of 1300,but kept a reasonable fat/carb balance (15% carb/57% fat/ 28% protein). Weigh-in was 184.6. I plan to lose 40 pounds but my short term goal for this challenge is an average of 3 lbs. a week= 12 to lose. It was a sedentary day!
