Finally accomplished a small goal of taking 10,000 steps in a day as I managed to walk almost 11,000 yesterday.
Ahhhh, it's the small things that make me the happiest.
Decided to weigh myself and I am down ever so slightly so all I can say is I am going for my best this week and I refuse to go alone...I say let's do this!
