I am so pleased about the weight loss and I'm feeling better and better by the day despite being in the really unpleasant stage of ketosis. I still can't work out because of the heel injury but that's getting better too and I'm looking forward to being healed enough to start. Now, I just need to bring my sodium levels down and I'll be completely happy.
