romaine lettuce

Dinner:
9 oz. of Broccoli Raab cooked with 1 piece of turkey bacon
4 3/4 oz of Tilapia
Calories: 285 / Net Carbs: 0.37

Snacks:
Iced Coffee
1 pieces of Hershey's sugar free caramel filled chocolates
3 pieces of Sugar free Reese's cups
0.38 oz parmesan cheese
2 turkey and cheese roll ups.
