First time weighing myself in months and the number was about 15 pounds less than I expected so that’s good. I was working out around 4 days a week with dumbbells until I apparently injured my shoulder somehow. I can still do cardio and AB’s so I’m gonna focus on that from an exercise standpoint. I’m getting back to being consistent with tracking what I eat and I’m setting a goal for myself to be down to 330 by next week. Let’s see how this goes.

I want to be more consistent with posting on here as a way to keep myself accountable when it comes to my food choices. Bare with me everyone. My food discipline has been non existent lately and I’m really focusing in on getting my weight down. Been getting up at 4:30am for the past week to get my workouts done. It backfired on me a little Brit because I’ve been hungry as a hell all day. I’ll be prepared to eat better this week and hoping for a nice number loss this week.

Been hitting my workouts hard this week. Really trying to fall in love with the process instead of fantasizing about the results. Has t been the cleanest eating week but I think the workouts will carry me to a good loss on the scale this week.
