sigh,
Things are going a bit slow on the Atkins front. Only 3 lbs in 7 days and I didn't cheat!! I was told however from the Atkins site that I may be eating too few calories!!! Not starving myself but veggies don't add up to a lot of calories. Using the shakes for breakfast and the bars for snack in the evening so I guess I'll add some eggs ( never been a big egg fan) maybe some jello in the evening too.
I did find a great site for anyone interested. It's called Your Lighter Side and they have some really great recipes for low carb dieters. Even deserts and their famous "Oopsie Rolls" that come out just like hamburger buns and have less than 1 carb per serving!!!! Can be used that way or for a pizza crust, etc. Check it out. Keep your chins up and your eye on the prize and we will all meet our goals!!!! Good luck!!
