After dinner treats are having a negative impact. Staying away from treats was much easier in the Summer heat.
It is going to be even more difficult as the Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons grow nearer.

I discovered some seasonally themed creamers for my coffee so all weight loss has stopped! I know better than to use coffee creamer, but these are so tasty. Chocolate peppermint and pumpkin spice. I'm going to polish them off and not purchase again -- I'm not one to waste.

There have been a lot of treats lately thanks to different events taking place. Cake and ice cream etc, etc. Weight has crept back up above my 195lb target.
The cold weather seems to have boosted my appetite. I'm eating way more peanuts/mixed nuts. I think the body wants more Winter fat :)
