I don't calculate every day how much kilo I'm .Because I drink 2,5-3 lt water every day . Also i check my kilo every morning.After WC or some times before WC .

Most important for me follow my diet.

When i start diet on 14 sep. I was 99.9 kg now 90.9 that great on 17 days. but how fat you are this is the question for how much you can lost in a month .
For example if you are 60 kilo and your ideal kilo 50 ,so in 1 month 4-5 kilos is also to much .but For me 10 kilos for fist month is normal because I start sport and 4 days healthy food + 3 days pineapple diet .
This is not heavy,




to day is pineapple diet's last day for this week .Tomorrow I will start eating healthy foods



my menu for tomorrow;

morning ;
oatmail + milk + honey
mulberry tea + linden tea

lunch ;
like fish barbecue with salad (1 table spoon olive oil or less)


dinner ;

cabbage with soy meat, (1 spoon or less olive oil or sesame oil )


Also any kind of fruits and nuts every 1.5 or 2 hr for control blood sugar x insulin (it will control feeling of hunger )
water with lemon or only water , less than 3 lt more than 2 lt

I actually start my diet on 14 Sep.
i lost 8 kg .

My way is 3 days 1 kind of food (just Pineapple unlimited )
for fast lost kilos
4 days healthy foods for slowdown my diet.
because my target lost 10 kilos each month diet with sport.
Also 60 min walking or running or other sports like bodybuilding etc.


My healthy food mean is .

high fiber foods ,
no white foods
love Gl index foods,
Also negative calorie foods.


I use 2 table spoon olive oil for 2 meals.


actually pine apple diet for lost fast weight for 3 days
and other 4 days my diet fits for Mediterranean diet or style.

I don't really thing lost weights in that 4 days,just for control end learn eating healthy foods in 4 days.


Pineapple diet is interesting ,because when you eat pineapple you will not hungry this is different than all other fruits 1 kind of foods diet.Pineapple give us idea like when i must eat .if you like pineapple excellent.

I eat pineapple unlimited but i can not eat more than 1.5 kg very seldom 2 kg
i eat pineapple 1 roll like 250gr each time i eat often like 6-7 times a day.
I also drink 2kg water/lemon -ginger tea ,jasmine tea with lemon ,mulberry tea, when i fallow pineapple diet in each 3 days.


I don't have any problem about lost kilo ,I'm fat enough still for lost 10 kg for a month with sport. If someone 70 kg or less i think 4-5 kg lost is enough for him.
now im 91.5kg i lost like 8 kg until now ,my fist target is 75 kg
After i will stop 3 days diet a week i will continue just Mediterranean style eating.

also you can change pineapple with apple , cabbage , tomato . watermelon ,banana etc . But finally 1 kind of food diet.


But 60-70 min walking running or cycling is important .
also I do bodybuilding for make muscle and keep my muscles.

If you are fat it is great time to start bodybuilding when you starting diet.
