Day 2 and all is going fine. Glad to finally be back. The bloated feeling is slowly but surely going away and that feels great. Hope all is well with everyone. Have a smashing weekend smashers.

Why is it so hard to get back on once you fall off???? I cant do this anymore its detox from today on, no matter if I have school this weekend or not I have to do this. I am gonna do this. I want to be a success story for a change instead of a fell off the wagon story. I WILL DO THIS!!!!!!!!! I am back and I can and will and have to do this. Sorry for the rambling but it had to be done LOL. Wish me luck Im officially detoxing.

Well I am really back now. I had gained a total of 13 pounds but started detox yesterday and got that number down to 9 pounds. I am gonna get this off and I am gonna get below where I was. Thank you all for the support in advance. I have missed you all and look forward to seeing how you have done.
