I have been at a stalemate for months. Today, I weighed myself, and hallelujah, I dropped three pounds. I don't know where they went, I don't care. I will keep watch and make sure that don't wander on back.

I am joining an additional site, in hopes of finding more motivation. I have been at a standstill for almost 3 months and am frustrated.
I have already lost almost 60 pounds,and my doctor says a good goal weight is 150 pounds. It seems as though it will never come.
