So this is how I’ve been eating. I know some say I’m starving myself but really I’m not. I feel full and I am loosing the weight! I am fasting everyday from 3pm until 9-10am. I am eating healthy and excited to see how much weight and how fast I can loose this weight!!

Happy Thursday everyone! So I have a couple questions if any of you would be so kind as to help me out I would greatly appreciate it! So I’ve been doing Keto for about a month now and have lost and gained weight it keeps fluctuating. So my question is how do you al do you’re fasting? Does anyone know what is recommended intermediate fasting is on Keto? I would love to loose a little bit more weight a little quicker!! Yes I have no patience!! 😉 in the past when I lost a substantial amount of weight I fasted all day and only ate dinner! Now that I’m older my body isn’t taking to that very kindly! I am always on the go with my little guy who is 2. Any suggestions would be super appreciated!! Thanks all!!

I knew I had gained this week. I drank alcohol a couple times and definitely over ate while attending several graduation parties. Ok pick myself back up and grind it out!!
