Hey guys! 👋 A quick lunch of baked chicken breast, sauteed zucchini, and mashed cauliflower. Self brewed cleansing tea to drink. I'm starting my first day of a 5 day cleanse today!!

I took a self reflection walk today. 😊 I found myself lost in the woods. Lost in the woods, I found myself! The trees told tales of perseverance, strength, and resilience! Even though others gave up on me, I never gave up on myself. Don't quit. Keep going

Self date night dinner! An appetizer of mini crab cakes with minimal filler and a remoulade sauce. 2nd course of butter broiled lobster tail and butter poached shrimp with roasted asparagus and butter basted new york strip atop garlic rosemary mashed cauliflower. Chopped green onions as garnish. Lemon as desired. Homemade warm cream cheese bundt baked pound cake made with almond flour drizzled with a fresh strawberry sauce. Felt soo filling yet so healthy. Mmm mmm yum..

I wasn't going to weigh myself for a week. It's only been 2 days. I was scared to look but I couldn't wait! I even snapped a pic of my weight on the scale for y'all, but here's the thing.. I weigh myself naked to get the best possible result (and most honest and consistent). I have a glass scale. When I looked at the pic you can see the outline image of my bare little booty cheeks all up in the mirrored image glass scale. 🤦 I know y'all don't want booty for breakfast this morning, so I just opted to leave the pic out.
