I’ve been trying to eat keto stuff but it’s been extra and above the calories I should be eating so I need to cut that out

feeling kind of shla… very tired. Slept in this morning. First time in a long time. Been struggling with sleep apnea and back pain. It’s been tough to get a decent night sleep, but last night I think I finally did but I swear I feel more tired than ever need to steal myself to go walking in a cold wind today, the chronic back pain has been very difficult. I’m packing a fentanyl patch now. Hope that it will help.

I’m thinking it’s better to walk a little more moderately and I’ll be less hungry. Doing 6 1/2 miles was great except that I was up half the night eating and I’m more than made up for the calories. I burned lol.
