I have still not gotten back to walking 2 miles. I walk 1 1/2 and have added weights 3 times a week.
My liver cleanse I did has created major havoc on my system. I have itchy skin, and have an upset stomach when I eat anything that is not rice chicken or cooked veggies. Water makes me nauseous

I hurt my knee and have cut my exercise in half for the last 10 days. I didn’t log food either.
So I deserve my issue here

I didn’t exercise as much this week. I was not diligent in logging food. I have no excuse, but put together a backyard barbecue for an early birthday/off to college dinner for the family. Glad I stayed the same weight. It ‘s obvious I’m not putting effort towards my weight loss goal.
