So, I have taken 12 lbs since I last checked my weight, and 20 in total since I last used the app, 8 months ago. I guess since I started taking anto anxiety meds, the weight is easier to gain than it is to lose it, but I will find a way. For now, I choose to forgive myself for not taking care of my body last year. I chose to be kind with myself, as I am usually harsh, and to just do my best, one day at a time.
