Life was really hectic in my job for the last month and a half. I'm trying to get back down to 140lbs and maybe to the 130s. Hoping it will help for me to write out what I eat day to day.

I am getting back onto this site so I can track what I eat and be accountable for it. I took a desk job for the summer and am so bored at my job that I've been eating to fill the boredom. I also want to start running again to have an effective cardio exercise.

I feel that I need to properly eat 1700 calories a day because my weight loss is going really quick but I want to be able to keep it off.
