Last night I did 15 minutes of Jillian's kickboxing dvd. Who knew such a short exercise period can produce so much sweat :) So my walk afterwards seemed so easy to accomplish. It felt good to stop making excuses and just do it.

I have started journaling again. I found an on line site that encourages people to write 750 words per day. It helps to vent frustrations and worries in a safe place. Just to let it all come out and hopefully fall away.
