fam had cheesy noods, I had broccoli slaw with my dinner. But it was delish and I didnt feel deprived... I think I also have a different mindset when it comes to foods. Knowing what I’ve been doing is working. I make the better choices much more easily...

It’s a beautiful day. So me and my daughter are going for a walk on the horse trails. So lucky to have these gorgeous trails across the street from us again. This is where I spent my childhood... running amuck under these trees!!!

Expecting a stall any day... since I started back to keto about 10days ago... already dropped 12lbs!!! I haven’t cheated on my new lifestyle (diet) and I feel pretty good. This time around I saw the bloat and pounds falling off around my tummy pouch... which is usually the last place I lose weight. I’m feeling good. Confidence is rising. Need to incorporate more exercise in my daily routine... I got this!!!!
