Joined a gym, trying kickboxing, "boot camp", spinning, and using the treadmill and elliptical. Hoping I will stay on track. Lots of stress eating and depression keeping me from being active. But, I am hoping that is in the past. Moving forward!

Ever since Thanksgiving I have done really poorly in all areas. Little working out, eating everything and anything. My hubby had a bad scare with mouth cancer, which it turns out he does NOT have. That is good, but the bad is that we are seperating. I have asked him to move out-many, many ongoing issues. Major stress in the house and I am doing a lot of stress eating. I am very hopeful that now that I am back at work after the holiday vacation, I will be back on track. I do so much better at work than at home!

I wore my "skinny jeans" on Friday. I was so psyched, I wore them all weekend! Now, I have to keep them fitting thru Thanksgiving and Christmas!
