I threw a “temper tantrum” in March and ate a million Reese’s and Hershey’s eggs. I’ve decided to get serious again. I did break down and buy a few new clothes in the biggest size I’ve been in two years, and I’m looking forward to wearing the nice clothes I bought from back then. My health is my biggest reason for wanting to get back in shape again, but the nice clothing comes in second! I hope you’re all having a day where you get to smile. 😊🎈

😡 My own fault. I went rogue with the Easter candy. And too many calories and not enough exercise. Can you tell that I chickened out of joining Snap Fitness?😬 I was in line for a fish fry pickup Friday and it was right next door to it. I could see people inside working out, and I just felt guilty. I still grabbed the desserts at the fish fry, though. So no accountability, I’m not doing the right thing. And I don’t know why... So meanwhile, it’s time to do the right thing and stay connected here and record my meals and work up to joining the gym out here where we moved 5 months ago. Thanks for the support. 🙂

It has taken 2 1/2 weeks to break this plateau. The biggest difference was my monster-sized water bottle filled with Crystal Light Fruit Punch. I had it sitting on the countertop, and every time I walked into the kitchen I had to take 10 sips/drinks. After a while I get tired of going to the bathroom so much and I found myself staying out of the kitchen more! But seriously, the Crystal Light helped cut my sweet tooth and I had a good reason to stay away from the food I wanted because I had a “I want to eat everything” kind of 2 weeks. I also was more active which also kept me away from over snacking. I sure hope this plateau is gone! 😊🎈
