on elliptical 4 days a week now for 25 minute and bicycle for 10 minutes...
it is getting easier..but some days, I just want to eat...the diet is doing okay,
i am however, already bored with the whole. thing...need cake

starting with a 20 minute elliptical workout 4 days a week...better calorie burn...
slow but going down on weight....yeah

The weirdest thing happened today...Today is Friday, I call this my free day to eat what I want (within reason)....Well I go get a large cinnamon roll with maple frosting on it from the best donut place in the city....I could not finish it...not even close...It was amazing that I could push this thing away from me...It was too sweet and almost made myself sick thinking about it....LOL...Praise God, it did not
consume me....I can do this...OH yeah, starting on a low impact elliptical workout this week...it is going great and my feet don't hurt so much....Thing are looking up!
